Complete Robotic Polishing Cell
Configuration: The system integrates a 6 axis industrial robot, abrasive brushing and belt grinding units, a polishing station, tool gripper and pallet loading system into one compact workcell, so factories can replace multiple manual buffing posts with a single automaticed line.
Consistent Surface Quality Across Full Batch: Robot controlled contact force and programmed tool paths keeo the same surface finsihed from the first workpiece to the last, removing the quality variation that come witht manual polishing and reducing rework and scrap rates.
PLC and Process Parameter Management Software: Operators store grinding and polishing recipes for each workpiece type in the software, then recall them when production switches over, which shortens changeover time and keeps process know how inside the factory instead of inside one skilled worker.
Wide Application Across Industries: The cell handles auto parts, die casting components, plumbing and sanitary hardware, 3c metal housings and medical device parts, covering stainless steel, aluminum, zinc alloy, and brass workpieces with mataching abrasive tooling.
Enclosed Structure with Dust Collection: The workcell runs insida an encloed cabinet with a dust extraction unit, keeping grinding dust and abrasive debris out of the owrkshop and improving the working enviornment around the production line.

FAQ
Q1. Can a robot achieve a mirror on stainless steel, aluminum, and brass?
Yes. With force controlled tooling and a multi stage abrasive sequence ( coarse grinding, fine grinding, buffing with compound), robotic cells produce both brushed and mirror finished on stainless steell, aluminum and brass. The key is force control rather than position control, because a fixed path alone cannot comoensate for tool wear.
Q2.Can the cell handle multiple part models without reprogramming?
Yes, if the system stores process recipes per part type. The operator selects the part model, and the PLC loads the matching tool path, contact force and speed parameter. Changeover then becomes a selection step rather than a reprogramming job.
Q3. How do you control grinding dust and keep the workshop clean ?
The cell runs inside an enclosed cabinet connected to a dust collection unit, so abrasive dust and metal particles are extracted at the source instead of spreading through the workshop. This also protect the robot joints and sendor from contamination.
Q4. Can you cutomized the cell for my specific workpiece?
Yes. The robot model, gripper design, abrasive configuration and fixture are selected against the part drawing, material and target surface roughness. Send the part drawing or sample and the required finish.
Q5. Do you provide sample processing before place an order?
Sample trial processing lets you verify the achievable surface finish on your own parts before committing. Typical practice is for the buyer to send smaple workpieces , with the supplier running a trial and returning the finished samples.
