The robot automatically selects appropriate tools from the auto-change rack and executes each phase in sequence, delivering pre-plate mirror-finish bodies ready for chrome or nickel plating.

What does "all-in-one" mean - is this just a polishing machine with a grinding attachment?
No. All-in-one means grinding and polishing are part of a single continuous program on one machine, with the valve body held in one fixture throughout. The robot automatically changes between grinding and polishing tools via an automatic tool-change rack. Grinding phases are full-force, multi-pass, Ra-staged stock-removal operations, not light surface preparation.
Our valves have a seat taper inside. Won't grinding get near it?
No - the seat-face bore entry is a hard-excluded zone in the grinding recipe, with a [TBC] mm boundary clearance. The robot grinding path does not approach within that boundary. Polishing phases may cross the zone with buffing wheels (which remove roughness only, not dimension). Exclusion zone placement is confirmed with your valve drawings before finalizing the program.
We run both HPb59 and Pb-free brass on the same line. Can one machine handle both?
Yes. The alloy flag in the recipe automatically adjusts grinding force, belt speed, phase dwell, and polishing compound dosing for each alloy. HPb59 and Pb-free bodies run back-to-back with recipe selection only - no hardware changes or operator re-calibration required.
